Second Opinion – FREE
Included in this offer is a complimentary exam. Simply supply images from your previous exam. In order to qualify, exam and images must have been completed within the last six months. New or returning patients are welcome to use this offer. Please inform us prior to your visit, you would like to have a FREE second opinion.
Dental Exam & X-Rays – $199
Included in the offer is an initial exam, necessary x-rays, screening for oral cancer and an initial consultation. Can be used by new and returning patients to our office.
Cleaning & Polishing – $159
Included in the offer is a complimentary home-care kit, complete with instructions and an initial hygiene visit. Does not inlclude gum or periodontal therapy and can be used by new and returning patients to our office.
Children’s Exams, Cleanings & X-Rays – $129
Included in the offer is an initial exam, teeth cleaning, fluoride treatment and any necessary x-rays. Children up to age 13 can take advantage of this offer and is good for new and returning patients to the office.
